Following an aborted sale, we were naturally sceptical and apprehensive about appointing a new agent. Scott Elliot came to the rescue. He persevered on the phone, leading to our first meeting and from that point he was right with us all the way, taking care of the buyer, their solicitors, etc. keeping the pressure on in view of our timescales, and, more important, kept us fully informed right upto exchange and completion.
