Below, is text from a Thank You e mail I sent in to manager Paul Cook. They are an excellent agent and to compare with other agents I have been dealing with for a purchase, they are the best! Great people and even better service. "From the beginning to the very end you and your team, especially Chris, were professional, helpful and enthusiastic. You were always at the end of the phone with advice and you persevered when the sale became difficult and we encountered problems. When you first came to value the property, I had 4 other agents also come and value for me. You were by far the best prepared. You had clearly done more research into the market and also into the target audience for the property and its type than the others. You came across humble (which many agents I have dealt with, have not) and just generally like a good set of people to deal with. You were on time, well presented and you communicated clearly, helping me to understand what I was letting myself in for. (Important, as I was a first time seller!) The literature you presented was impressive and well laid out. Again, as a comparison, others were poorly branded or at the other end of the scale, too filled with jargon and too much a salesman's tool instead of a source of information as well for the potential client. I chose you for all of the above reasons and because you stood out from the crowd. In my profession it is important for me to deal with good people, I build teams based on this principle and to me you felt like the best people. All the way through the process, Chris, who took on my sale, was polite, courteous, understanding, honest and always happy. Again, he felt like a good guy and it came across that he really cared because he took the time to know what was going on and he always knew what stage my sale was at and how it was progressing. When we had issues with valuations and buyers, Chris stayed calm and made clear to me the options I had which made decisions easier for me. Whenever I met in person with Chris he was always smiling and showed a passion for what he was doing. This can be all too rare and it was always a pleasure to do business with him. Whenever, I rang in, if Chris was not available, you would always talk to me about the progress and you took the time to ask how I was and how it was going. This was always a nice personal touch. Whenever I had to deal with other staff in your office, they were also fantastic. Again, to compare with other agents, to be told that a message will be passed on or that you will get a call back by a certain time and that happen is refreshing and well received.
