Hmmm… What can I say about Northwood Peterborough!??? Nothing bad, that’s for sure! I’ve been a tenant with them since 2018 and in that time, I’ve had nothing other than a fantastic, professional, efficient, respectful, helpful and polite experience! Back then in 2018, I found myself at a difficult crossroads in my life due to various reasons and because of these factors, no other estate agents in Peterborough (I’d literally tried dozens), would take a chance and give me an opportunity to become a tenant. Then… along came my saviour, the awesome Jill Brocklebank, she didn’t hesitate, despite my circumstances! She was amazing throughout and within two weeks of viewing a property, I was moving in! Since then, I’ve moved to a new property with Northwood, in the midst of a pandemic I may add but did that affect the smoothness of the move, was it difficult?!? Not in the slightest! Spearheaded by the fabulous Rebecca… it was effortless and everything was accomplished with ease, under such challenging restrictions too, with much of it being done digitally which was perfect and easier than I believed possible! Jill has a wonderful, professional team at Northwood Peterborough and I’ll be eternally grateful to all of them for all of their help during my ongoing tenancy. Special thanks go to, as previously mentioned, the excellent Rebecca, the charming Emma, the efficient Chris and the lovely Sobia.
