Having endured a tumultuous past three years, I found myself at €œrock bottom€ in my life, trying to rebuild from scratch. I spent six months solid, searching for a suitable property but because of my personal circumstances, nobody would help and the majority of property agents in the city, closed the door on me, figuratively... I was quoted extortionate fees and at times, the general attitude towards me from some of these agencies was prejudice and rude. And then along comes Jill at Northwood... Update as of November 2020 Two years on and I’m still with Northwood Peterborough. As we all know, 2020 has brought new challenges for us... what with the COVID-19 pandemic and how it has highlighted our mortality and the need to change our social behaviour and interactions. You’d think it would be a crazy time to move to a new place too right!??? Well it was and... I did! With Northwood’s help, a new place was found for me and an effortless transition was made beginning with the viewing with Emma Norris, where COVID-19 precautionary measures were fully adhered to. Then on to the super efficient Rebecca “Danielle” Norris, all the details, contracts, paperwork, key exchange along with the necessary communication throughout were successfully and professionally completed all under government advised, COVID precautionary procedures. Finally... to the signing of contracts etc, via DocuSign with Jill Brocklebank... I couldn’t have asked for a better, reliable, more efficient and professional service! I cannot recommend and praise Northwood enough, Thank you all for believing in me!
