Right from the moment Carrie walked into our home she was warm, friendly and enthusiastic about our home which gave us a feeling that she would be the right person. She couldn't do enough in helping us prep rooms for photos, offering her advice when asked. Carrie and Sophia both were involved very early on and made an excellent team, both experienced and knowledgable about the local area. Together they kept us up do date on any developments and once the property sold Sophia was amazing! She was constantly on top of everything, chasing and liaising with all parties to ensure the sale went through as quickly and as smoothly as possible even when their were hold ups from other parties. Property went on the market in late Feb 2024 and within 6 weeks, which was good for a tough market, they found me a buyer at a very good price. Sadly the buyer and I had two very poor solicitors acting for us and 2 Managment companies who didn’t care. But, Carrie perceived for the full 6 months of the sale. She kept me calm and the buyer onboard. We did exchange eventually and complete soon. But honestly, if it wasn’t for Carrie I don’t think it would.
