Jessica Symak has been amazingly quick and responsive to our requests and inquiries, providing great assistance throughout the entire process, for which we are very grateful. For my new rental home, I had been searching for a while before I happened upon a property from Belvoir. I dealt with Michelle Gordon from the start. She showed me around, answered all the questions I had and sorted everything out with the landlord on the day of the viewing itself which helped me plan my move well in advance. She was always very helpful and prompt in her responses via text or email and made the transition into my a new home a seamless process. Highly recommend!

Condition

We have worked with Michelle to obtain a Condition report on our property which has a tenant in occupation. The service and report carried out by Michelle was excellent and she was a very good communicator. It is refreshing for someone (Michelle) to provide a friendly and Professional approach to our needs, and also to have a pleasant, friendly attitude to her customers, and that for us will bring us back next time.

Chris was very professional and polite. He explained every detail in the selling process explicitly and provided information as and when he promised. He had a network of reliable names that assisted during and after the sale of the house. Calls were returned as promised and information on potential buyers was thorough. My wife and I have been recently dealing with Laura Schiavone with regards to a property in Bourne. Her service has been brilliant, so we have felt as if we have no choice but to leave her a great review. Laura showed us around a few properties - she had a friendly face each time and answered all questions so we were fully informed.
