As a landlord who has used
As a landlord who has used Belvoir for over 20 years I feel that I am in a good position to assess performance. Sophie Rand and Sarah run the rental payment department and both are really friendly and nice to deal with and efficient. Their work is accurate and timely and where there are issues they work well to resolve them.

I have been with Belvoir for over 14 years and their service has always been excellent. I live abroad so their efficient, timely and professional assistance has always been of great help. All staff are always friendly and keen to help. Regardless of any issues they always suggest a quick solution and keep my mind at peace.

We purchased the property via Belvoir agents and have engaged them to do letting a and property management. We have been very well looked after, they are proactive and competent, certainly the best in Peterborough. Emily Holmes has been assisting us very well over the years.

Happy with
Emily Holmes has been doing and exceptional work managing the building I am renting in. I couldn’t wish for a better agent representing Belvoir even if I tried. Hard working, hands on and extremely polite and understanding. If Belvoir ever had an asset then this is her Emily!!!
