I shut myself out of my flat and contacted Barry Eudale of belvoir. It was 6.00 pm on a Friday night but 25 minutes later I was home with a new lock. Brilliant and thank you! Furthermore I reaise 2 issues with Emily Holmes and they were promtly dealt with to my satisfaction. Again well done!
