DO NOT use this letting agency. Slow to response to house maintenance problems or issues. Not Tenant-friendly. It will take a long time to refund back your deposit and will give you excuses when you call them to inquire about your deposit. The agency expect you to abide with the Tenancy Agreement but they don't abide by it and disregard the Agreement when it's to their advantage. Stay clear and find some other letting agency.

The vast majority of tenants understand that a property will require remedial maintenance at some stage during a tenancy, and specialist maintenance contractors are often unable to attend a property immediately. We have a duty of care to both landlord and tenant to ensure a maintenance query is responded to quickly and promptly wherever possible. There are situations where we have to wait for landlord approval for works and are unable to release the deposit to either party until we have agreement from both the landlord or tenant to do so.
