Belvoir is worst agency ever:
- they haven't helped me in case of emergency
- a wheel from my cycle was stole because they haven't arranged repairing of main gate(it should be locked)
- it took 3 months to repair washing machine
- they don't manage the building properly so you may here fire alarm(when battery get uncharged) for a weeks
- their maintenance portal doesn't work at all
- they don't help you in any way with suppliers and insurances
- they can don't respond you for a week
