First time dealt with this agency. They have double booked viewing for same property which made me and other party feel rather awkward, when mentioned that will be living with children, remark was made even though property profile stated 'children welcome', had to chase (Liam) several times on response to check if I was successful with property chosen to rent, response came after 2 days only and 'let agreed' signed was placed on property for all to see well before long chased response finally came to say different application will be processed.
