Below average at best and I wouldn't use them if I had a choice in the matter. The property we moved into is lovely but the processes and staff we dealt with at Belvoir were mostly incompetent and couldn't care any less about tenants less if they tried.
I only wrote this review because they sent me a request to do so after finally refunding me the money they owed, which was significantly late and was very challenging to receive back.
Wasn't all bad but mostly it felt like I was banging my head against a wall to move a step forward with these guys.

I am aware of your case as I was consulted with on a number of occasions whilst we dealt with your emails and requests.
Unfortunately when you move into a property you agree to a notice period; and that notice must be given even if you choose to rent another property through Belvoir Peterborough
We tried to help you by speaking to your landlord and negotiate but our attempts were unsuccessful.
I’m glad you are enjoying your new home and hope we can improve upon your review and ask that you adjust it if you feel it necessary in the future.
