We are long term landlords who have been with Belvoir (Peterborough) for 11 years. In the last couple of years our properties have been managed by Grace Fox. Grace is extremely easy to work with and is always very responsive to any requests from us as landlords. She is very active in managing the day to day running of our properties and proactively seeks solutions to problems. Grace is also very good at flexibly managing her time and will change her schedule when urgent priority issues arrise. We both greatly value Grace's efforts to provide us an effective managed letting service and look forward to continued involvement with Grace in the future.
