On many occasions, I have received support from Belvoir over and above the norm. In the main I have dealt with Luke Clarke, who has a very calm, friendly manner, gets things sorted within 24 hours of receiving requests - even at weekends, gives sound advice on potential investments and does not ever sound like an estate agent trying to sell you something. My thanks also to Barry in maintenance and repairs who has the difficult task of liaising with tenants on my behalf to get issues sorted. The whole team is friendly and professional and I feel they have solimy responsibilities as a landlord, giving me peace of mind. Nowtg that there is a new telephone system, which puts callers in a queue to be answered, (as opposed to asking you to leave a message), I am 100% satisfied customer! 1/7/22 I’ve been with Belvoir many years and on the whole continue to be impressed by them.
