Our experience of EweMove came in difficult circumstances as we were selling our Sons house following his premature death. Not being from Peterborough we knew nothing of the local housing market or local Estate Agents. Just by chance we casually spoke to one of the funeral officials who said we might like to have a look at EweMove which we did and it was certainly the best thing we could have done. From our first contact by phone onwards Tracy was truly superb. She visited us at the house and was extremely helpful in our decision make regarding how, when, and where we should proceed. She was really friendly and we quickly realised we had made the correct decision. She discussed and advised us regarding the house valuation, and all other important aspects. From that first meeting Tracy was really always "hands on" and nothing was too much bother for her. Her communications was exemplary throughout and she seemed to be available 24hrs a day and 7 days a week as we received update emails from her early in the morning, late in the evening and even at weekends. We had an input into all of the house advertising aspects including the professional photographs and promotional documentation and platforms which were of exceptional quality and beyond our original expectations. As we live in the North and not able to oversee the sale personally on a day to day basis, Tracy was always on hand locally to assist. During the process it came to light that the boiler had a small fault and needed a new part. Tracy was there to accompany the engineer while he investigated the issue and then come back another day to make the repair. After every indication of interest or viewing by potential buyers Tracy was on hand to deal or accompany them and give us a report back thereafter. EweMove and Tracy were also very helpful in us finding top quality professional Conveyancing Solicitors. iamproperty/movebutler gave us a choice of four potential companies and Tracy's experience and knowledge helped us make the difficult decision of which to go with. When the house was sold Tracy was the "go between" us and the potential new owner as they wished us to leave quite a lot of furniture in the house and she oversaw this also. In our difficult circumstances Tracy and EweMove made everything easy and straight forward and are truly a very professional genuine company who really do live up to their promotional material. We cannot thank them enough and would most certainly recommend them to any house sellers. They also achieved the house price we had agreed to aim for.
