Possible were very supportive and helpful throughout our house sale so I had no hesitation in using them for the sale of my mother's flat. Always felt they were there at the end of the phone to explain things and grateful they were there to help with things above and beyond, eg. doing viewings at no extra charge and watering the plants when I was away!
