Really hard to get anyone on the phone. When you do get someone on the phone they are helpfull. There have been numerous emails that I have sent that haven't been responded to. The one I'm most annoyed about is one I sent enquiring when I'd find out if I'd been accepted for the cottage I was hoping to rent.
I had simaler issues with the inverness office when I stayed there.
