Bought though Steph @ Pembroke Office Efficient, polite & responsive any question. After trying to buy though 2 other estate agents in the area who were either rude or unhelpful. Steph was pleasure to buy though, wish more people had as much enthusiasm about there role as she does.

She was everything we'd want in an estate agent: relaxed, genuine and friendly but with all the necessary info on the property and the local area at her fingertips. Made some great suggestions about potential alterations to the property we viewed to make the best use of space. Excellent. Donna & Anwen went above and beyond making sure our move went smoothly. Donna especially was a calming voice amid the chaos of moving and solved problems without being asked. Would highly recommend and would use again if we had not moved out of their area.

Anwen delivered a 5 star service throughout, from our initial viewing in which she was very helpful and knowledgeable, to the subsequent purchase helping ensure we got it over the line as quickly as possible, and then the sale of our old home (which she managed to sell before even hitting the market). We did hit some road blocks along the way on our sale but Anwen did all she could and kept us updated along the way.

although we did not buy from FBM our experience with this agent was exelent Anwen and Donna are an asest and a blessing to FBM. I arranged to view a propperty with FBM, Anwen showed us around and she was exelent new her way around the proppeerty volenteered ideas to make the propperty our own should we buy it and her enthusiasm and profesional atitude really showed.
