Really good experience with FBM! Enquired about a property to view and was contacted within 24 hours as a response. Viewed the property with Anwen and she was super lovely and very informative with any questions we asked, very genuine responses which made the process easier as we didn’t feel like we were being fooled into anything as we were naive FTB-ers! We ended up wanting to make an offer and the property and liaising with Anwen was easy and efficient, anything I was unsure about she helped with when conversing between the owners, all the way up until Completion on the property we had a really helpful experience with FBM as a whole and even with a couple of hiccups along the way, when we had to go into the office to sort things out, we had just as good a service as we had received before from Anwen so overall we were super happy! Thank u for all your help FBM!
