FBM have been letting out my future retirement home for about 11 years now. I've stayed with them because their service is excellent and if it 'aint broke dont fix it. The staff are always quite frankly brilliant, but i was given 3 weeks notice by my tennant, and i was looked after exceptionally well by Rebecca. She handled the relet and with a ruthless efficiency throughout and ensured as a result it was only vacant for 8 days. I think i'm still in shock or awe at how smooth it all went. Bravo Rebecca!

Everyone at Your Move - Chris Stonick estate agents were so professional and helpful.I was overwhelmed by the prospect of having to complete the application for the rental property. I'm 70 and not great with filling applications online, my grandson is dyslexic so between us, we struggle. There was no hesitation to invite us in and help us to complete the "dreaded" form.
