Can we give more than 5 stars… The overall service from start to completion has been absolutely outstanding. My beautiful rental property was at the end of my investment period & it was time for me to move it on. Together with a young baby we looked no further than C Residential to assist with the property sale. On the day in which tenants moved out, my letting agents were kind enough to drop the keys into the office for me to get the ball rolling straight away. The property was listed that evening for a very reasonable price and soon begun the viewings all accompanied due to the distance in which we live from the property. Each viewing had feedback provided & shortly after the offers began. I’ve never been at the sale end of property before so this was a new world to me which I was walked through each step of the way to ensure I was confident with responses to solicitors and I understood the timeframes to which the chain was working to.
