He was able to point out carefully what the property had to offer, and how it might suit my needs, with the history and status of the building. Booking was done in a timely and helpful way (as I lived a distance from the area)... and I felt a genuine interest in helping me clarify what would work for me or not... without being pushy.... respected mine and the home owners interests.... recommended..
