Estate agents in general get a lot of criticism. However, throughout the selling of our property right through to completion I found them to be very efficient and professional. On top of that the deals they have are way ahead of other market leaders. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have used Chimneypots to sell and purchase. They were the first agency we thought of using again. All the staff are friendly , informative, professional and approachable. It made the whole process less stressful. We had feedback on all our viewings on our property. They took on board the type of property we were looking for and as soon as they took instruction of a suitable property , we were first through the door and we fell in love with it! I have been meaning to leave this review for a while now, but what with settling into our dream home it's been forgotten about, but Chimney Pots do not deserve to be forgotten about! Quite the opposite actually. From day one they were amazing! Phil & Emma and the team were faultless, on call 24/7 and dealt with the whole process perfectly and best of all promptly, nothing was to much trouble and made a very stressful process quite easy really, I have dealt with many other agents in the past and to be honest there is no comparison what so ever, not even the cost, its a lot cheaper than most others and you get a lot more for your money, where's the catch you might say? Outstanding, my house was on the market 7 months, they phoned every week just to touch base, they were honest and realistic about the value of my property. During the final stages of sale there were a few hiccups which were quite stressful, they rang everyday and did everything they could to help. Value for money outstanding. I have sold 4 houses and the sale with Chimneypots was the easiest of all. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
