Absolutely worst experience with this agency. We had an offer accepted on a property last November, since the start we were told that the sellers are very serious about selling the property and they will start looking for a house straight away and they were only waiting to have an offer accepted. We stopped looking for other properties as in our mind we had found our dream home, fast forward to almost mid February I call the agency as we haven’t heard anything and the director of the brunch Mr A.E. says he is advising us to look for another property as the sellers are still waiting for their divorce papers… We were absolutely devastated and so upset but started looking for other properties, beginning of March, we received a phone call from Miss A.B.( Assistant manager ) who told us that the seller’s divorce is finalised and they want to know if we are still interested in the property as they want to sell us the house. They promised in 2 weeks times they will give us updates. In the meantime we found another property with them but they advised us to not put in an offer as the house we had put an offer in originally will be back on the market soon. After almost another month without any news I called the office and Mr A.E. said they don’t know anything about the property and they will let us know when they know something. We gave up on the property and started looking for something else as we were really upset about the whole situation… On the 30th of May I received an email for Mr. A.E. saying the property is back on the market but the sellers have now decided to ask for more money… Needless to say I haven’t even replied to that email, I am shocked at the lack of empathy and the lies told by the staff at this agency, we waited for a property for 5 months and trusted them on their word, I would be very wary of doing this. The lack of respect and consideration amazes me to this day… they should be ashamed of their behaviour…
