"Very very disappointed...."

Very very disappointed. Filing a formal complaint against this letting agent. They have sent us a fake bill of 488 pounds only for cleaning an already cleaned two bedroom flat. Faced extreme mental harassment in the period we were letting a property with them. Please people if you want to stay safe stay away from them !!!!!! Careful!!
