Although I haven't found the property I am now purchasing through Property Ladder, the dealings I had with Zoe were excellent. She provided me with a lot of local knowledge, showed me a flat (using her judgement, viewing was not pre-booked, she thought about what I wanted during her short break at the office) which I would not have otherwise have viewed, showed patience when I wanted to view other properties in the area on a later date and had it not been for the fact that I decided 'allocated parking' was a must, then quite possibly, would have purchased the flat she had 'chosen'. All correspondence via email was dealt with quickly and efficiently and Zoe understood my needs. Always friendly, polite and very observant. (including noticing the change in my body language when viewing a flat which felt far too dark and claustrophobic!) If I had purchased a property through Property Ladder, I feel sure that Zoe would have 'been there' for me throughout the process.
