Respond to issues with your properties

3 months after moving into our flat, RMA Properties hasn't addressed issues we raised when moving in and filling out our inventory. • The property's entrance was covered in litter when we moved in – a far different state than that when we viewed the property – this has still not been completely cleared. • It took over a month for lightbulbs to be replaced that were broken when we moved in. • Wires next to the fuse box are still exposed, and their replacement has been "pushed back" as it is "non-essential", so that it will now take over 3 months to get a cover on the box. • Multiple parts of the fridges were broken, and addressed when we moved in, yet still haven't been fixed. All of these issues have be raised over and over again, but are repeatedly "pushed back" due to their maintenance team having too many "urgent issues" at other properties, or they are still seeking approval from the "landlord", who happens to be RMA Investments. It's really shocking that for £500 a month per person, these tasks cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Despite Oxford's near-extortionate housing market, you would still expect far better service than this estate agent has provided.

They steal students' deposit by adding completely illegitimate fees: the house was a shitplace and they made us paid for the reprinting walls - just crazy thiefs

Rude and unprofessional, do not know how to speak to people. And are useless.

Without a doubt the most disorganised, incompetent, and generally useless company I have ever encountered. To give just a couple of examples: when we first arrived at our property, there was an enormous pile of rubbish outside left by the previous tenants, which took over a month to be removed. In addition, we are currently two months into our tenancy and I am yet to be given curtains or blinds in my downstairs, street-facing bedroom. Save yourself a lot of frustration by avoiding RMA.
