I have been in the property industry for over 24 years and am the third generation within my family to do so. This is mainly Oxford and north London. We have noticed within the last 15 years, particularly in Oxford but also across the UK, that small family run estate agencies with loyal well experienced staff have been wiped out by large corporate estate agencies whom employ young casual staff on minimum wages - such as students only in Oxford for 2/3 years. The Oxford branch of Northwood is thankfully an agency that still retains the qualities such as, experience, in depth local knowledge, loyalty (not changing staff constantly) and with that, the professional ability to broker deals and resolve problems logically with both vendors and purchasers best interests at heart. I would recommend Wesley and his team, they still retain the personal approach and quite frankly put the large flash (massive overhead) corporates to shame.
