As landlords we needed to sort out a full refurbishment and re-let of our property. We're very grateful to the Northwood Oxford Team who have been absolutely brilliant every step of the way. They organised everything from a full refurbishment, new furniture, right through to re-letting the property. They kept us informed of everything and no decisions were taken without our approval. We now have a fully refurbished property, with very good tenants, that is bringing in a very good rental. All the works were completed in good time and at a very reasonable cost. All in all it's been a completely stress free experience and we're very happy to be letting our property through Northwood. We would certainly recommend Northwood to anyone who has a property to rent out.
