I purchased a flat in Oxford in Jan 2023. Martin & Co Oxford, under Conor Taylor & Emma Collis, showed gross negligence in managing my property.1. Tenant damage ignored: Repeated vandalism reported with photos & contractor reports, yet they insisted I pay for repairs without investigation.2. Illegal occupant overlooked: An unauthorised adult lived in the property; no action taken.3. Misuse of funds: They arranged a service for a 4-month-old boiler without consent & diverted money I sent for the check-out to pay for it.4. Misrepresentation at DPS: They pretended I was only seeking “contributions” to the extensive structural damage & that I accepted ridiculously low deductions.I filed a complaint with The Property Ombudsman & submitted extensive evidence. For details & photos, see my posts on Nextdoor, the Oxford Community & Landlords UK Facebook groups, and r/Oxford subreddit.Strongly advise landlords & tenants to think twice before using Martin & Co Oxford.
