I recently had to sell my Mother's house when she passed away. I contacted Martin & Co. for an initial valuation for probate. Mudassar (Maz) came and did the valuation for us and completely put or minds at ease that the process would be handled sensitively when the time came to sell. Martin & Co have been looking after my rental property since 2011; they have given me an incredibly professional and friendly service and nothing was too much trouble. I can not fault them.
