Rented a student property through Martin & Co and they were absolutely brilliant! I used Martin & Co to manage a rental property, and then they helped us sell it. In both services they were excellent. As landlords living overseas we relied on M&Co to check up on the property, and they were always very responsive, meaning we could act on requests from tenants really quickly and easily. Emma from the rental office was always very helpful. An update to my previous post: I am so pleased last week I completed the purchase of my new flat here in Oxford with Martin & Co. Mudassar Rana (Maz) helped me all along the way.
