Sam was great and she described the apartment and all the furniture to me in detail. She was my eyes. Sam is one of the friendliest and most efficient rental agent I have ever worked with. She responded to every single one of my emails - answering every single one of my questions. This was all done within minutes of me sending her an email. My contract at the old flat was about to expire, and I was a bit nervous about finding a new place in so little time and with long working hours. I dropped Martin & Co an email stating my preferences and price range, and got a reply with about 3-4 apartments to look at. I booked a viewing for 2 of them, and put in an offer for the one I liked. Within a week, all the paper work was taken care of by the agency - all I had to do was show up and hand in the contract with the required payment. I was a little bit surprised by their kindness and willing to help at first after not so pleasant experience with some other letting agencies in the area, BUT extremely delighted.
