We were recently shown around a property and the agent, Luke, couldn't have been more helpful. He is very polite and has a sense of humour which is very much lacking in some people that we have dealt with. Unfortunately our circumstances have changed and we will no longer be moving to Oxford so I wanted to write this review to give Luke the credit he deserves.

Kate at Martin & Co Oxford was extremely helpful. When I was trying to move into a property through a different letting agent and having troubles with them, Kate openly offered fantasic, professional advice when the letting agency were not following correct procedures. It gave me great confidence in Martin & Co as a company who take genuine interest! 10/10 for Kate!

All the staff of Martin and Co are friendly and helpful, but a special mention should go to Kate, who is an excellent Finance Manager. She always deals with any queries promptly and efficiently and ensures that the accounts are run smoothly. She keeps in close touch with tenants to ensure they pay their rent on time and we are always confident that we will be paid on time. We would certainly recommend Martin and Co as managing agents.
