Considering the fact that renting a place in today's modern age via an estate agency (or not) can be a very time consuming, complex and energy draining process, Martin and Co. and Iulia Hogas in particular made it very clear and as easy as possible for me and my best friend to move in together. Highly prompt and comprehensive communication, excellent professional service at comparatively attractive agency fees.

Staff were friendly and prompt at getting back to us and making sure that we understood all the steps that were going to be taken. They were able to clearly manage our expectations of properties and were honest as to the pros and cons of each, working to read our likes and dislikes in order to cater for us the best they could. When we ran into difficulties with a credit check agency, staff were sympathetic and moved quickly to rectify the situation. Thoroughly recommended!
