Rented a property through Breckon for the past year. Generally a positive experience overall. Callum Hunt has been especially great - professional, friendly and caring (5 stars individually for him). For Brekcon as a whole, 4 stars as a solid service but sometimes quite slow at resolving maintenance issues and issues around inventory at the start of the year. Nonetheless, far better than any other Estate Agents I have used in Oxford.

Consistent

Have been with Breckon and Breckon for a number of years now and have always found them attentive and pro-active. Obviously personnel and hence communication has changed a little over the years but they remain consistent and reliable.

A good agency

I moved in a flat from Breckon and Breckon earlier in January and I thought that all together they have been nice, organised and quick to respond to our requests and questions before and during our move. The fees that we had to pay as tenants may be higher that some other agencies but I would say that it is so far definitely worth it.

Good quality of property and service

Although the keys we got from the office on last Saturday were wrong but I received the proper keys within half an hour after I called the out of office hour emergency number, also I have received another set of keys for my roomate yesterday. Thank you for the high quality property and service you provided!

Everyone is always going to be very nice and polite with you. They take a long time to reply to your emails but always end up being helpful, just expect delays when dealing with them. Stuff will be in the property that is not in the inventory when you move in, make sure you don’t leave it there or you’ll be charged for it when you leave.
