5 Star Service - Helmores manage the property that I live in and have been wonderful for the 3 year that I've been there. I recently had an issue where a couple of furry little critters appeared in my kitchen (and they weren't there to help me cook, sadly!) A dedicated email address for the Helmores maintenance team is available, so I dropped them a quick message and very quickly had a response from a lovely lady called Sierra who arranged for the landlord and a pest control person to visit the next day. This was done as promised and an email updating me as to what had happened and the next steps was sent. Unfortunately the critters could still be heard under the floorboards, so Sierra arranged for another pest control person, this time with more resources. Since then I've heard no more from under the floor and have also had courtesy emails from Sierra to make sure all is well along with communications to the rest of the residents of the flats detailing preventative measures. Huge thanks to the team for getting this sorted out with no fuss and a wonderful prompt service!
