What an amazing team!! I have been both a Purchaser and Seller using Helmores and each time they have exceeded my expectations! From good communication - swift feedback on viewings and timely updates on the house sale progression - through to selling our house in a week!! With 3 Offers and 2 of those for more than we anticipated! Can't recommend them enough - truly! Defo the best agent in Crediton and the surrounding areas. I urge you not to just opt for the cheapest, online Agent (who get a fee regardless as to whether they sell or not and have no local knowledge) or for an Agent that appears to "value" your home at so much more than the other local, expert Agents (why is this?
