On calling in at the office of Harrisons Estate Agents on the off chance that they may be able to find me a property in a specific area, I was introduced to Mr Derek Wilcox. He asked me several questions relating to our requirements and informed us that there was a property coming on their auction site in the near future. A genuinely superb service. I contacted Harrisons regarding a house I wanted to rent out. Katie was thoroughly professional and efficient from the very beginning. She came to see the house whilst it was still being renovated to get a feel for it and discuss potential rental income and then contacted me again a few weeks later to see how the renovations were going. Once these were complete she was on the case. The house was marketed on Rightmove, with photos, a great write up and video within a couple of days. Multiple viewings soon followed with several applications. Solid advice allowed me to pick the best tenants and then the referencing process was completed quickly. A throughly impressive service from start to finish with sensible fees that are well earned and justified given the service offered.
