Katie was is the ball and very professional! After immediately taking a liking to the property upon first viewing, Kate recommended I submit the application ASAP, which I did. I was delighted that our rental application (out of nine) was accepted by the landlord. Kate carefully guided us through every step of the reference checks. There were a few hurdles to overcome on our side but Katie patiently guided us through and even blessed us with a welcome card!
