I had an excellent service from DereK Wilcox at Harrisons. I was of the opinion that we would sell the house the usual way. However Derek advised that the best way in our area would be to sell the house by auction I took Dereks advice and we got considerably more than the original asking price and the whole process from start to sold and contracts exchanged was about 8 weeks.
