Zoe was really helpful from the beginning of the process till we got our Keys. She was responsive and quick with her solutions, and we didn’t have to stress in any way despite concluding most of the steps online. On our move in day, we couldn’t meet up with the ID verification and Zoe graciously offered to return to the office at outside work hours just to get our verification done.
