As a landlord with a fully managed rental property you cannot beat that they guarantee rent service. The whole team are a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much effort and they do a lot for the community including sponsoring local football teams and charity work, nice to see companies putting back into the community...lots of companies nowadays take out of the community and don't put a great deal back in so it's nice to see there are still some out there....
