Harrisons have been much better than our previous letting agent - far more responsive and helpful. We had an emergency this weekend with a burst water pipe (due to freezing), and I'm pleased to say Jake Fry was absolutely fantastic, scrambling to get us an emergency plumber, going above and beyond on his work hours to get our issues rectified. The plumber was also excellent and even managed to get our power back on that evening. Thanks so much very happy.
