A really professional, up to date service from Richard and Georgina. They sold our house with first rate photographs and descriptions, followed. Service above and beyond the call of duty up buyers , fellow agents and solicitors to ensure the sale went through. Richard earned every penny of his fee with expert negations with the seller of the house we bought.

We recently move from France to Leyland. Richard from Moving Works showed us round what is now our new home; we had 3 viewings of the property in all, each time he was patient and helpful. He recommended our solicitor (Napthens in Southport, who also provided n excellent service), and kept us updated throughout the sale.There was an issue with the land registry but Richard quickly responded to all our queries, liaised with both our solicitor and the sellers', and relayed questions and answers to the sellers quickly. All in all, just faultless service and we were highly impressed. Many thanks to Richard and all the Moving Works team.

Richard, Mark and Chloe at MovingWorks provided a first class service during the recent sale of our property. Nothing was too much trouble and their advice and support during this process was very much appreciated.

We would not have seen the lovely place we have moved into if it hadn't been for Chris. He showed us round a few places, asked if there was any reason we hadn't booked the bungalow which we had not noticed on rightmove. The place was empty so we paid an impromptu visit. Chris rearranged his appointments the next day for a second viewing as we are not local. We offered that day. Mark and Richard have been brilliant, they sorted out issues promptly ad kept us updated on progress and they even helped us get the water on when we arrived well after office hours closed.
