Having not worked with moving works directly, during the high winds of January 2024 a tree fell down in one of their managed properties, which ended up in my tenants garden. They dealt with the situation with professionalism and was also responsive. The tree was removed within a week. Being in business for nearly 20 years I find a real test to a businesses ethics is how they deal with a situation. After recommending one of my contractors to carry out the work the replacement fence is now complete. All in all it was a very smooth, unfortunate incident, That was handled with minimal stress. In what could have been a very stressful situation.
