We sold our house through stones young blackburn. They were so so helpful they went out there way to get the sale completed it was a chain and my god a difficult one but they were there every step of the way. I called them every day and a few times in the last 3 weeks of the sale and they listened each time and did everything they could to help. Very patient calm and very friendly team. I would use them everytime. We even got a card from them at our new house which was so sweet. I truly and highly recommend them 👌 👍

Extremely friendly staff, super responsive - the whole team. I was mostly in contact with Jack who addressed all my queries very professionally. He is a really effective liaison (questions for the previous owner were resolved super fast) and this gave us confidence and made the whole purchasing process smooth and hustle-free. We had issues with our conveyancing agency and I reached out to Jack for recommendations. He recommended a great conveyancer that they collaborate with, so we switched to her and it made all the difference. Overall, very professional service and great experience.
