Recently bought a house through Mortimers and have just moved in. I had a few communication problems with them in the beginning, due to staffing issues but after speaking with Matthew, the branch manager I was given just one point of contact who was great. She was polite, friendly and helpful did what she said she would do. Unfortunately she moved on and I was given Veda. Veda was great from day one. She emailed to introduce herself and kept in contact with me from day one, even if there was nothing to report Veda woukd let me know what she was doing and people she had spoken to. If I asked a question she would always get me an answer. She is knowledgable about the whole process including the Solicitors involvement. She was a pleasure to work with and made the moving process that little bit less stressful so Thank you Veda.
