She chased solicitors and without her it would never have gone through. She always kept me informed of what was going on and just amazing customer service. Caroline was also brilliant and helpful and the whole team really make you feel like they are behind you the whole way through usually a stressful time. Will 100% recommend and use the team again!

Was welcomed back by the team at Lovelle as a returning customer, selling the house that I had bought from them a few years previous. Kept regularly updated with viewings, and throughout the whole buying process, at least one update a week, even if nothing had changed. Try proactively chases both solicitors for updates, and tried to facilitate as best they could. Could not recommend them enough, would definitely use them as my first choice if moving back to the area.
