Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our tenants is our top priority, and we take complaints about property conditions, like damp and mould, extremely seriously. As a letting agency, we follow all necessary procedures and promptly report all issues to the landlord's preferred contractors. Unfortunately, we have no control over the contractors chosen by the landlord and their responsiveness. We will be providing this feedback to both the landlord and the contractor to ensure improvements are made. Regarding communication issues and the lack of notice for contractor visits, we understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been. We always ensure that contractors are aware that 24 hours notice should be given, and I apologise if they have not followed this procedure.
